Our massage therapists specialize in pregnancy massage, deep tissue, lymphatic, and Swedish massage. We also offer the option to incorporate hot stones, cupping, and aromatherapy upon request and with advanced notice.

Whether you are seeking light to medium pressure for general relaxation, or firm pressure for deep tissue and/or trigger point work, we are dedicated to providing a personalized massage experience. Our therapists will communicate with you to tailor the session according to your preferences.

For new patients, we kindly request arriving 5-10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork or to use the restroom before your scheduled massage.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $40 fee, with certain exceptions allowed.
